Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Expert Media Buyer specializing in In-App & Growth Partnerships.

We are looking for a results-driven In-App & Growth Partnerships leader to drive client acquisition through strategic partnerships and affiliate channels. The ideal candidate will manage partner relationships, optimize partner-driven traffic, and implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and long-term growth.

The responsibilities include developing and executing advanced media buying strategies, planning and optimizing media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying new growth opportunities.

The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and analytics teams to deliver results that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Media Planning, Media Buying, and Media Strategy In-App
• Excellent Analytical Skills for assessing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Proven ability to adapt to dynamic environments and prioritize workloads
• Experience in growth marketing or digital advertising; familiarity with in-app advertising is a plus
• Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms to monitor media performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
