Payroll Specialist

Wanted:   Payroll Specialist for a successful a SaaS company in Petah Tikva. This is a very rewarding full-time position with great benefits and wonderful colleagues.

The chosen candidate will ​​​​​​​supporting the preparation and execution of payroll and will work  ​​​​​​​ directly under the Payroll Controller​​​​​​​.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage company attendance systems, including procedure implementation, reporting, updating legislative changes, and addressing employee inquiries.

● Oversee employee onboarding and termination processes, including handling 161 forms.

● Process 101 forms in the Hilan system.

● Manage employee payroll deductions/reimbursements and maintain communication with pension insurance agents.

● Assist with monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Job Requirements:

● Certified Payroll Professional in Israel – mandatory.

​​​​​​​●​​​​​​​ 1-4 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a company with over 300 employees.

​​​​​​​●  Advanced Excel skills, including complex functions.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills Hebrew and English.

●  In-depth knowledge of Israeli payroll regulations, including tax and social security laws.

● Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
