Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Advocate to join our team at our office in Yehud Monosson. The role involves providing legal consultation to clients on internet, technology, and communications law, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and representing clients in legal proceedings. Responsibilities also include supporting both local and international clients in structuring their business and marketing activities according to applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in legal research, litigation, and contract review
• Experience in regulatory compliance, especially in internet, technology, and communications law
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, with proficiency in legal drafting in both languages
• Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team in an office environment
• A recognized law degree and active membership in the Israeli Bar Association
• Prior experience in a similar practice area is a significant advantage
