Ness Fertigation is revolutionizing agriculture through its innovative fertigation technology, designed to increase agricultural yield by 50% while significantly reducing water and fertilizer consumption.
Role Description
We are looking for someone to join the leadership position.
The main role will be to oversee the work of all people connected to the project and manage to lead everyone into realizing the strategic vision.
Alongside this, the role includes joining the team in honing the strategic vision.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to ensure smooth company operations and facilitate long-term growth strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities to inspire and lead teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in the agricultural or agritech industry is highly desirable.
The company cannot pay salaries until we achieve our funding goal. We are willing to offer equity and start paying salaries once we get funding.
We are looking for a marathon runner as this project will take time to come into fruition. This is not the regular sprint like starup but a journey that can have a truly world changing impact.
