Technology Project Manager

We are looking for a Technology Project Manager to join the Digital Transformation Office within IAI’s Aviation Division.

The position includes:

• Leading division-level digital transformation and AI projects

• Full project lifecycle ownership: planning, execution, monitoring, control, and implementation

• Coordinating between business, technological, and operational stakeholders inside and outside the organization (IT, local and international vendors)

• Defining and delivering project goals, scope, timelines, and budget, including AI-related initiatives

• Managing risks, identifying bottlenecks, and providing real-time solutions

• Tracking task status and preparing ongoing reports for management

• Leading status meetings, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-through

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, cybersecurity, and quality standards

• Using project-management tools and methodologies

What we’re looking for:

• Academic degree in Engineering – mandatory

• 3–5 years of experience managing technological projects – mandatory

• Experience working with global, multi-interface teams – mandatory

• High proficiency in English (written and verbal) – mandatory

• Experience with CI/CD, SCRUM, AGILE methodologies – advantage

• Technical background – advantage
