For a Smart Water Management System Startup(SW & HW) (Near Zichron Yakov) we are looking for:

Customer Support Specialist

Provide technical and applicative support to clients. Offer real-time solutions, deliver training, collaborate with R&D and project managers, and guide clients through advanced systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to our users, ensuring every interaction is secure and seamless.
• Offering service via emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, and more.
• Conduct training sessions and troubleshoot client issues.
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently and enhance the user experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technical customer support.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems.
• Excellent understanding of IT issues and communication (Internet, WIFI issues).
• Ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of the products/systems.
