We’re now looking for an experienced Mobile / In-App Team Leader to take charge of our mobile marketing operations, lead a talented team, and drive campaign success across key markets.

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of marketing specialists, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Manage and nurture key client accounts, building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Plan, launch, and optimize mobile and in-app user acquisition campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, data) to ensure top performance and client satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of trends in mobile advertising, attribution, and UA strategies—especially in the gaming/iGaming vertical.

• 3+ years of experience in mobile or in-app performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing advertisers or client portfolios with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills using campaign analytics tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).
• Deep understanding of the gaming / iGaming ecosystem and user acquisition trends.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Experience working in a hybrid, fast-paced international environment.
