Requirements

• RND project manager/program manager/Release Manager orientation
• Proven leadership & execution capabilities working in matrix-based organization (SW, subcontractors and operations)
• Proven experience with project management tools - JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Confluence
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  
  

• Overall responsibility of product life cycle of complex multidisciplinary products,. Overall accountability for the project execution
• Matrix management of all technical activities, from the marketing requirements analyze through development to mass production approval and delivery to customers
• Act as focal point towards key customers, company management, different company departments in Israel and abroad (marketing, SW, validations, production) for all project aspects
• Clearly communicating project needs and updates to both internal and external customers and stakeholders
• Secure project execution according to company processes: definition of project scope, schedule, budget, building and maintaining project management plan
• Execute multiple projects in parallel
• Deep technical understanding of the product, of the technologies used, and of the building components of the product.
