Job Description
- Professional and operational management of the NOC team in 24/7 shifts.
- Leading monitoring processes, fault detection, and initial incident response.
- Responsibility for investigating major incidents, improving processes, and preventing recurrence.
- Ongoing collaboration with infrastructure, information security, development, and support teams.
- Managing service reports (SLA, availability, incident trends).
- Training new employees and building professional knowledge within the team.
- Implementation and integration of monitoring tools, automation, and dashboards.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in the field.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Relevant education in a related field.
