About the Role

We are looking for a Senior CMM Programmer to lead its computerized inspection operations.

We are seeking a metrology expert with deep engineering understanding and process leadership skills, a key professional pillar in our quality department.

• Professional leadership of the company’s CMM domain, including programming of two CMM machines (HEXAGON DEA & MITUTOYO CRYSTA).
• Developing optimized inspection processes based on drawing requirements and process efficiency.
• Working closely with CNC programmers and setup technicians to provide quick, accurate feedback for achieving a stable setup that meets all specifications.
• Supporting FAI and in-process inspections.
• Training quality inspectors in effective working methods, drawing interpretation, and continuous improvement.
• Solving complex measurement problems, including coating thickness and special tolerances.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a CMM programmer/operator.
• Absolute mastery of GD&T and ability to read highly complex technical drawings.
• In-depth and analytical understanding of ISO 1101 and ASME Y14.5 standards – mandatory.
• Proven programming experience using PAS and COSMOS software.
• Experience with HEXAGON and MITUTOYO machines.
• Strong leadership and training capabilities.

• Highly organized, precise, and meticulous.
• Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration (production, engineering, quality).
• Proactive, improvement-oriented mindset with systemic and analytical thinking.
• Proven experience in programming multi-part inspection / pallet setups for CMMs.
