Brand Manager

 Responsibilities

• Planning and executing the annual work plan for the Nonprofits, Nutrition, and Quality Department brand, in line with the organization’s marketing objectives.

• Defining goals and success metrics.

• Planning the annual marketing budget for brand assets and activities, and managing the ongoing budget.

• Managing the department’s image and messaging toward nonprofits, food donors, and professional partners.

• Writing and producing marketing and professional materials for the departments.

• Initiating and managing events, conferences, and professional meetings, including responsibility for marketing content.

• Initiating and managing marketing campaigns and activities in digital and other channels to strengthen relationships with external stakeholders.

• Working closely with other departments in the organization to prioritize tasks and ensure consistent brand alignment.

• Monitoring performance metrics and providing periodic reports on results, insights, and continuous improvement.

• Planning, developing, and implementing an annual work plan based on organizational goals and overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree.

• 3-4 years of experience as a Brand / Marcom / Marketing Manager (advantage for experience in a social organization or in the health/nutrition field).

• Significant experience working with external interfaces- digital, public relations, production, and partnerships.

• Experience in marketing and communications writing: presentations, landing pages, newsletters, posts, etc.

• Proven experience leading digital and social media campaigns- from briefing to measurement- a strong advantage.

• Experience managing marketing events or conferences- an advantage.
