A leading financial organization, located in central Israel, is looking for a Permissions (Access) Manager.

This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a Help Desk or Technical Support background who wish to grow into the Access Management field.

What You'll Do:

• Design and manage the organizational user lifecycle, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews to ensure data security and streamlined processes.
• Plan, manage, and implement organizational permissions across all internal business systems.
• Administer user access across various systems, applications and access control implementation.
• Develop user guides and conduct training sessions on the new access management system and updated work procedures for various stakeholders across the organization.
• Conduct information security audits and perform periodic reviews.
• Provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders and respond to SOX and internal audit requests, including data collection and documentation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Access Management / IDM (Identity Management) — an advantage.
• Proven experience with regulatory frameworks, SOX compliance, and internal audits — a strong advantage.
• Experience in training and system implementation within large organizations.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a systemic, structured mindset.
• Excellent task management and prioritization skills in a complex, multi-system environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and vendors.
