We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Data Architect / Data Engineer to join our growing data team.

Senior Data Architect / Data Engineer

We’re looking for a highly experienced Data Architect or Data Engineer to design and lead the next generation of our data infrastructure — combining classic data architecture (data warehouses) with modern approaches (data lakes and GenAI systems).

In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders to define data requirements and shape our long-term data strategy, with the goal of rapidly expanding into modern data technologies and a larger data engineering team (5–6 people).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable big data architectures, including data lakes and data warehouses.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows using modern tools.
• Lead the adoption of GenAI-based systems (RAG / LLM integration).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and technical requirements.
• Mentor and guide a growing team of BI and data professionals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proven experience building and managing data lakes and modern DWH platforms (Snowflake / BigQuery).
• Hands-on experience with modern data tools: DBT, Airflow, Kafka.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Spark.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
