AI/ML Algorithms Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Algorithms Developer to join our team and lead the development of innovative machine learning models tailored to the telecommunications domain.

This role focuses on designing advanced algorithms that leverage network topology, event clustering, hypergraphs, and temporal graph structures to solve complex challenges in network intelligence.

What You’ll Do

Design and implement AI/ML models for telecom fault analytics, focusing on root cause detection, impact propagation, and fault prioritization

Collaborate closely with data scientists and fellow AI/ML engineers to translate large-scale network data into actionable insights and scalable solutions.

Apply cutting-edge techniques such as Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to model and analyze network behavior.

Work with graph databases and AWS SageMaker to build, train, and deploy models in a cloud-native environment.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience with GNNs, RNNs, and CNNs in real-world applications.

Hands-on experience with graph databases and graph-based modeling.

Proficiency in AWS SageMaker and the broader AWS ecosystem.

Must have either:

- Experience with GNN algorithms applied to network topology, or

- Prior experience working with telecommunications networks.
