Product Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a senior product leader to join a growing global SaaS company at a strategic point in its expansion.

The role combines vision and execution , leading major product initiatives, shaping the roadmap, and driving measurable business impact. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative, scalable solutions to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead an existing product area or develop a new product line – from concept to market entry.
• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle.
• Translate enterprise customer needs into innovative, scalable product solutions.
• Collaborate closely with development, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure precise implementation of the product strategy.
• Define business success metrics and lead continuous optimization processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a SaaS product from initial development through significant growth stages.
• Hands-on experience in product management within a scaling startup.
• Deep understanding of developing complex B2B products for enterprise customers.
• Strong technical capabilities and understanding of architecture, data models, and integrations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and genuine passion for building impactful products.
