About The Role

You're Good At

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to meet expectations and drive account performance.
• Managing tasks and adhering to client service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Leading client meetings and facilitating clear communication within project teams.
• Navigating industry trends and effectively communicating insights to clients.
• Keeping detailed client profiles and tracking sales activities to ensure data accuracy.
  
  

You Might Also Have

• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience in Meetings & Events or Production & Content.
• At least five years of experience in account management or sales support.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Account Manager, Production & Content is between $75,000 - $110,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
