Head of HR, Corporate Functions

The Head of HR, Corporate Functions is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management across the organization. This role ensures the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives, fosters a high-performance culture, and drives talent management, organizational development, and compliance. The successful candidate will lead a team of HR professionals and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization's goals and values.
• Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for all corporate functions.
• Lead initiatives in employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Design and manage compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and training programs.
• Act as a key advisor to senior management on HR-related matters and organizational change.
• Oversee HR data management, analytics, and reporting for informed decision-making.
• Manage HR budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Global experience preferably working in India as well as strong expertise in org design and driving change management.
• Deep understanding of HR laws, best practices, and current trends.
• Proven track record in leading organizational change and transformation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in a corporate or multi-site environment is highly desirable.
