We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Israel.
We’re seeking someone with a passion for building world-class R&D teams in the cybersecurity domain, who has a desire to partner closely with stakeholders, shape hiring strategies, and run full-cycle recruiting at the highest level.
In this position, you will use your expertise in technical hiring for cybersecurity organizations, and will lead full-cycle recruitment for R&D roles, from initial intake to offer, while partnering closely with hiring managers, sourcers, and HR partners to ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Major Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring for a variety of R&D positions across domains such as Software Engineering, Security Research, Cloud, and Product.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by understanding their business needs and translating them into effective hiring strategies.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging tools, networks, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate closely with sourcers, coordinators, and HRBPs to ensure alignment and a seamless process.
- Use data to improve time-to-hire, candidate quality, and stakeholder satisfaction, while constantly seeking ways to optimize our hiring process.
Desired Background
- Senior Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in end-to-end technical hiring, with a focus on cybersecurity or related domains.
- Proven experience as an in-house recruiter within product-driven organizations, preferably in cybersecurity companies.
- Proven track record of hiring for R&D roles such as software engineers, security researchers, cloud developers, product managers, and more.
- Expert in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- A natural relationship-builder with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), with experience in global tech hiring environments.

- Familiarity with ATS platforms.
