• Supervise daily financial operations across global subsidiaries.
• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze multi-currency financial statements.
• Lead quarterly and annual reporting (solo & consolidated) for private subsidiaries reporting to a public parent company.
• Identify accounting issues and provide practical solutions, independently or with external auditors.
• Build and implement financial reporting and control processes.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and group accounting policies.
• Drive intercompany billing and cost allocation processes.
• Coordinate projects related to corporate structure, international tax, and transfer pricing.
• Partner with the CFO on consolidated management reporting and budgeting.
• Develop annual budgets and cash flow forecasts for European operations.
• Manage audits and ad-hoc financial projects.

• CPA – graduate of a Big 5 firm.
• Experience as a Controller / Assistant Controller, ideally in an infrastructure company.
• Strong background in financial statement consolidation and analytical reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
• High level of English (spoken & written) – must.
• Experience in an international public company – required.
• Driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic global environment.
