Information Security Specialist (Security Operations & GRC)

• Building, maintaining, and improving information security programs for leading tech companies
• Taking ownership of security processes, controls, and day-to-day operations
• Developing risk assessments and driving risk management methodologies
• Performing security reviews, compliance assessments, and regulatory gap analyses
• Designing and implementing security hardening processes
• Working closely with clients, providing hands-on guidance and professional support
• Learning a lot, and fast — we promise

• 3+ years of experience in GRC, risk management, or implementing security programs
• Strong writing skills: procedures, methodologies, specifications — you know the drill
• Proven experience with ISO 27001 processes and privacy regulations
• Hands-on experience in security operations – a plus
• Understanding of security technologies and architectures – a plus
• Knowledge of frameworks and regulations (SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA) – a plus

Experience with modern security tools, such as:

• EDR solutions
• MDM systems
• CSPM platforms
• User Access / Identity & Access Management tools

You’re the kind of person who takes initiative, learns fast, and enjoys diving into new challenges. You’re independent, responsible, communicative, and feel comfortable working directly with clients. You can balance technical thinking with business needs, and your English reading and writing skills are strong.
