Our modular platform is already used by leading hardware companies and suppliers to validate mechanical drawings, extract BOM data, estimate pricing, and match with the right vendors – all powered by domain-specific AI that understands the real structure of manufacturing data.

SOURCIX has successfully raised its seed funding round and is now entering a major scaling phase, building the foundation for rapid growth and global market expansion.

We’re looking for a R&D Group Manager to scale SOURCIX’s technical organization through its next stage of growth.

As our senior engineering leader, you’ll work directly with the founders to build and scale a world-class engineering team, own execution across multiple product lines, and set the long-term technical vision for our AI platform and procurement intelligence engine.

You’ll be responsible for leading both core product development (Smart Tools, Marketplace, Platform APIs) and ML/DL infrastructure (computer vision, geometry understanding, and LLM-based reasoning).

This is an opportunity to define the engineering culture and technical foundation of a company that’s reshaping industrial procurement with AI.

• Lead engineering execution across all SOURCIX products – from backend systems and AI pipelines to frontend dashboards.
• Recruit, grow, and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, scaling from the founding group to 10+ within 18–24 months.
• Establish technical excellence, processes, and architecture that enable speed, scalability, and quality.
• Collaborate closely with founders on product strategy, feature prioritization, and long-term R&D roadmap.
• Define engineering KPIs that align with business goals – uptime, performance, data accuracy, model throughput, and delivery velocity.
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability.
• Contribute beyond code – help shape the company’s direction, product-market fit, and customer impact.

• You’ve led or been part of an early-stage startup (first 3–10 engineers) and helped it scale to 20+ employees.
• 3–5+ years of engineering management experience with proven results.
• Strong background in software architecture, AI/ML systems, or data-intensive products.
• Experience shipping complex, scalable platforms in B2B SaaS or data-driven environments.
• You’ve worked at or built teams inspired by world-class product engineering organizations – ideally from companies like Monday.com, Wix, Fiverr, SimilarWeb, Lemonade, or other high-bar Israeli tech companies.
• You’ve built teams that ship fast without sacrificing technical rigor.
• You have a systems mindset – you know how to design processes, not just features.
• Bonus: experience with computer vision, geometry processing, PDF/CAD parsing, or procurement/manufacturing platforms.
