A leading hi-tech company is seeking an experienced NPI & Configuration Management for a key position in the engineering department.
This role involves full ownership of engineering activities bridging R&D and Operations, while working closely with subcontractors and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead electronic products and projects from early development through mass production
- Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and full manufacturing documentation
- Manage synchronization and tracking of project progress in operations
- Support prototype assembly and provide solutions for production issues
- Work closely with subcontractors and production teams
- Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and configuration control processes
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Electronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a multidisciplinary electronics environment
- Proven experience with multidisciplinary electronic systems (electronics, PCB assemblies, and integration with mechanical parts)
- Strong experience in configuration management and engineering documentation
- Hands-on experience working with subcontractors and production floors
- Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with ERP and PDM systems
- High level of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional processes
