Economist / Financial Analyst

A leading and well-established healthcare organization is seeking a talented Economist / Financial Analyst to join its financial planning and economic analysis unit.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of a large institution, combining economic analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and direct partnership with senior management.

What You’ll Do:

• Build annual financial forecasts (revenues and expenses) and perform in-depth economic analyses.
• Manage and monitor departmental budgets and financial performance.
• Develop cost analyses and business plans for new technologies and healthcare services.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead independent analytical projects within a smart, collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics – required (this is not a data/BI analyst role).
• 3-5 years of experience as an Economist or Financial Analyst in corporate or commercial environments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• High proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP / Business Objects - advantage.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
