Meta Trader Administrator

Antelope Systems is looking for a skilled MT4/MT5 Administrator to join our team.

As an MT4/MT5 Administrator, you will be responsible for the full maintenance, monitoring, and support of external MetaTrader trading platforms used by our customers.

The MT4/5 Administrator’s primary focus is to ensure the reliable setup, smooth operation, and high-quality support of external MetaTrader platforms used by Antelope’s customers. This person will play a key role in maintaining the technical environment, addressing customer needs, analyzing feedback and technical performance, and ensuring that platform operations meet customer expectations. They will be involved in server administration, incident resolution, customer onboarding to the trading platforms, training users, and providing insights to internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

Experience:

• Proven experience in MetaTrader 4 and/or MetaTrader 5 administration, including installation, configuration, and platform support.
• Solid background in server administration, particularly Windows Server and Linux.
• Experience working with external vendors and third-party integrations will be considered an advantage.
• Have, or be willing to learn, basic technical skills in html, MySQL and a basic understanding of APIs to confidently discuss technical terms.
• Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
