About the Role:
· Manage and advise on tax and trust aspects under Section 102 of the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance
· Provide tax guidance for employee equity compensation transactions
· Collaborate with the Israeli Tax Authority, clients, and external advisors
Requirements:
· Licensed Attorney in Israel or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
· 3+ years of experience in taxation – preferably with Section 102
· Strong ability to work independently, high professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills
· High-level English – spoken and written
