COMBLACK is hiring a Jira Platform & Organizational KPIs Manager !
A leadership role within a division of ~1,600 employees, combining product ownership of the Jira platform at an enterprise level with managing organizational measurement methodologies (KPIs/OKRs/SLAs) and implementing dashboards that support management and development
teams.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in leading COE / Product / Data & Analytics functions in a large organization
- Hands-on expertise with Jira/Confluence at an enterprise level, including governance and backlog management
- Experience defining and implementing KPIs/OKRs/SLAs and embedding them into management routines
- Familiarity with Agile and development metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Defects)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive cross-organizational change
