Head of Project Management Department – IT Division

Leading and managing the strategic and high-priority projects within the IT Division of Menora Mivtachim.

Responsible for managing the division’s project portfolio and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Managing a team of technology project managers who lead the division’s core strategic initiatives. Working as an active member of the IT leadership team and collaborating directly with senior-level executives.

Reporting to the OCIO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage strategic, organization-wide IT projects.
• Manage the division’s project program and maintain continuous portfolio governance.
• Manage and mentor a team of technology project managers.
• Work closely with senior executives and cross-functional technology units.
• Ensure successful delivery while maintaining alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven managerial experience leading teams of technology project managers and/or product managers.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale business-technology projects, including CRM initiatives.
• Strong track record of working with senior leadership, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Experience with project management methodologies (including Agile) and supporting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder management abilities.
