Quality Assurance IT Manager

Become part of an expanding ramat-gan based enterprise and spearhead the rapidly evolving ERP/CRM infrastructures (company employee - not outsourcing)

Role Summary:

You will manage the operational, delivery and testing engineers and serve a critical function in orderly deployment, and oversight of advanced digital systems. This position demands a seasoned professional that will

1 take full responsibility for documenting system files, testing, and approving projects; authorizing production transitions; managing a team of testers and operators who support field operations during the rollout of new systems.

2 Responsibility for legacy and new systems; providing operational support and service to hundreds of users across multiple physical sites.

Requirements

1. Proven managerial experience of 5+ years in a medium or large organization in the fields of IT systems operations / software testing, Delivery and automation –
2. Experience and knowledge in managing KPIs for testing and operations teams, continuous improvement and learning processes, collaboration with development teams, project managers, and others.
3. Familiarity with diverse information systems in service-oriented organizations with a broad supply chain focus – CRM, ERP, technician management systems, interface systems, and various satellite systems (telephony, digital forms, written communication).
4. Relevant academic degree – Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management.
