Product-Marketing-Manager ENVAION

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for the ENVAION Business Unit.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to successfully manage battery safety packaging products in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our product strategy, enhancing market presence, and contributing to the company's growth in the competitive Lithium Safety Packaging Industry.

Global General Manager ENVAION

Position Expectations and Responsibilities

·        Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise and product demonstrations

·        Ability to highlight technical features and unique selling propositions in a consulting-intensive market environment

·        Experience with Dangerous Goods and UN ADR knowledge

·        Self-motivated, personally responsible, with high drive and excellent collaboration skills

·        Act as the primary interface between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders

·        Conduct customer visits and participate in technical discussions to gather feedback and requirements to be part of our solutions

General Responsibilities

·        Create product ideas and product features that will enable rapid growth, according to market demands and business objectives

·        High focus on project and process planning, proposing solutions and solving problems based on customer needs

·        Create and implement standard processes to integrate new technology into operations processes.

·        Develop business cases and rationale for new product investments

·        Align product development with business goals

·        Monitor market trends, competitors’ analysis and product comparisons

Minimum Education, Skills, and Experience

·        Prior experience in the field of Battery Logistics or Dangerous Goods Packaging

·        Fluent in English language, spoken and written.

·        Good technical understanding

·        High emotional intelligence with strong teamwork abilities

·        Experience with creating standard processes and instructions

·        Experience in Product Marketing Management with product lifecycle management experience

Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience

·        Engineering Degree, Business Administration degree, or Marketing Degree

·        Detailed knowledge and Understanding in North American Dangerous Goods Regulations

·        Experience in Lithium-Battery Handling or Recycling
