System Analyst 2040

TSG, a publicly traded defense high-tech company, is hiring an experienced Systems Analyst to lead the analysis and specification of business processes in core enterprise systems.

The position is based in Central Israel.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define business and technical requirements for Contact Center systems.
• Produce high-quality specification documents (HLD/LLD) aligned with platform capabilities.
• Design processes and interaction flows for voice, digital written channels, and more.
• Work closely with development and integration teams through full delivery.
• Perform gap analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide professional support to customers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in a technological environment, preferably with SaaS platforms.
• Strong ability to understand complex processes and translate them into high-level specification documents.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• High-level English.

Significant Advantages

• Background in the banking/financial sector, including familiarity with regulations, business processes, and core systems.
• Experience in Contact Center and Customer Experience (CX) domains.
• Hands-on knowledge or experience with Genesys Cloud.
