Job Title: NetSuite Logistics Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Logistics Analyst to join our global team. This role focuses on providing functional support for NetSuite, particularly in Sales and Inventory modules, and driving the implementation of new solutions to optimize logistics processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite logistics-related support in a global environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sales Orders, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new NetSuite solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain and improve NetSuite interfaces with third-party systems (e.g., WMS, 3PL, EDI, couriers, external platforms).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements.
• Support data integrity, reporting, and compliance within logistics workflows.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users on new features and processes.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite Logistics, Sales and Inventory modules.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite integrations and interfaces.
• Solid understanding of logistics processes in a global company (order-to-cash, inventory control, fulfillment).
• Ability to manage support tickets, prioritize tasks, and deliver timely solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, workflows and customizations.
• Familiarity with EDI processes and third-party logistics systems.
• Background in continuous improvement projects within ERP systems.
