Job Description:

• Conduct training and implementation of cross-organizational work processes using the computerized system.
• Deliver training sessions, refreshers, and updates regarding new features and system capabilities.
• Conduct both in-person and online (Zoom) training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Develop training materials, including user guides, training videos, and other learning content.
• Provide immediate and ongoing support to system users, identifying and implementing digital solutions to ensure high-quality documentation within the computerized record.
• Analyze client requirements, perform system customizations, and implement optimal IT solutions based on a deep and broad business understanding.
• Verify the accuracy of system configurations and implementations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic education.
• At least 3 years of experience in training and system implementation.
• Proven experience in developing training materials and deliverables.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing medical information systems in hospitals – an advantage.
