Bookkeeper & Payroll Accountant

We are looking for a Bookkeeper and Payroll Accountant, passionate about finance and payroll. 

What You'll do

• Provide bookkeeping for all accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet).
• Process, verify, and reconcile AP invoices, including payment process.
• Report VAT and vendor tax withholding reports to global authorities.
• Assist with audit and quarterly closing support as necessary.
• Assist in improving and developing accounting policies and procedures.
• Full ownership of payroll preparation (Collect and update data for Hilan).
• Oversee pension and employee benefits processes.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a sole bookkeeper.
• Previous experience in a global company.
• Experience with NetSuite – a must.
• Extensive knowledge of Israeli payroll rules.
• High-level of English proficiency (writing, reading, and speaking).
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
