Cybersecurity Content SME

We seek a Cybersecurity SME to join our R&D team in Tel Aviv. In this hybrid role, you will play an integral part in shaping and developing content for our hands-on cybersecurity training programs with multidisciplinary knowledge in cybersecurity.

You’ll join a team of cybersecurity experts and collaborate with instructional designers to research emerging cyber threats and industry trends. Together, you’ll create engaging, technically accurate, and up-to-date learning materials that simulate real-world tools, environments, and attack scenarios.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct ongoing research into emerging cybersecurity tools, attack techniques, and defense/attack strategies.
• Develop up-to-date, engaging, and practical content focused on Blue Team/Red Team Cybersecurity.
• Utilize AI for improving the research process.
• Build and test hands-on lab environments.
• Work with tools and platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and operating systems (Linux, Windows) to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Develop a realistic and creative offensive simulation.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure technical content aligns with instructional goals.
• Review and update content to reflect changes in technology and industry practices.

What You Bring

• Proof 2+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles, both blue and red teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern cybersecurity tools, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and standard operating system/network configurations.
• A solid understanding of enterprise defense methodologies and threat detection workflows, including NIST/MITRE frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in red team operations and PT (Application Security and Infrastructure PT).
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud-based infrastructures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative content team.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong research skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical learning content.

Nice to Have

• Experience as a cybersecurity instructor or mentor in a professional or educational setting.
• Familiarity with Blue Team Labs, TryHackMe, Hack The Box, or other CTF-based platforms.
• Exposure to instructional design principles or collaboration with instructional teams.
