The Role

We're looking for a scrappy and ambitious GTM Engineer to join as our founding GTM hire. You'll work directly with the CEO and have a unique opportunity to shape our early go-to-market strategy at one of the fastest-growing startups in data infrastructure.

Location: In-person, Sunday–Thursday at our Tel Aviv office. We don't currently offer remote or hybrid positions.

What you'll do:

• Own the design, execution, and optimization of our AI-powered outbound engine
• Build and manage automation workflows that handle lead sourcing, enrichment, personalized outreach, and meeting booking at scale
• Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using a strategic mix of manual personalization and AI-driven automation
• Test and iterate on compelling value propositions that align with our product and marketing strategy
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize conversion rates across the funnel

You're a perfect fit if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Development, Revenue Operations, or Growth roles
• Proven track record building and managing sales automation workflows (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Outreach, Marketo, Salesforce, Zapier, ZoomInfo, n8n)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, or custom agent frameworks) for personalization or automation
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable tracking and optimizing funnel metrics including reply rates, conversion rates, and pipeline value
• Consistent history of top-tier performance in GTM roles
• Bonus: Experience with Python and/or JavaScript
