What You'll Be Doing

• Write high-quality, production-grade code to transform research pipelines into robust,
• scalable software.
• Design and implement data pipelines and APIs for large-scale genomics analysis.
• Collaborate closely with bioinformaticians and data scientists to productionize new
• algorithms.
• Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure for processing and analyzing sequencing
• data.
• Mentor junior engineers and introduce best practices in code quality, testing, and
• deployment.
• Take ownership of technical decisions and help shape the engineering culture.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in startups or fastmoving environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with data-intensive applications.
• Solid background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
• Background in bioinformatics, genomics, or healthcare data- an advantage
