System Administrator

Join StarkWare’s IT & Systems team and play a key role in shaping, securing, and maintaining our corporate infrastructure.

We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy System Administrator to own and evolve our IT environment. You’ll keep our systems secure, scalable, and efficient — from identity management to automation — and help ensure every employee has a seamless tech experience.

What You’ll D

• oManage identity, access, and security systems, ensuring compliance and smooth lifecycle management
• .Oversee and optimize company-wide SaaS tools, productivity suites, and IT infrastructure across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
• .Maintain and support Windows, macOS, and Linux systems to ensure performance, reliability, and security
• .Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline IT operations and reduce manual effort
• .Configure and manage network and security tools (firewalls, VLANs, DNS, SSL, and more)
• .Serve as a Tier-3 escalation point for complex issues and support IT team growth through mentoring

.What You’ll Brin

• g3+ years as a System Administrator in a high-tech or startup environment
• .Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and SaaS administration
• .Expertise in identity and access management (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access)
• .Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
• .Familiarity with MDM, endpoint protection, and EDR tools
• .Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP) and security best practices
• .Experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, and collaboration or project management tools
• .Excellent communication skills, service mindset, and a passion for solving problems end-to-end
