Yael Group is a leading technology solutions provider in the Israeli market, delivering advanced and innovative IT services to organizations across diverse industries.
Job Description:
- Lead and coordinate the management of critical incidents (Major Incident Management) to ensure rapid service restoration and minimal business impact.
- Conduct post-incident investigations (Root Cause Analysis), document findings, and derive actionable lessons learned.
- Track implementation of corrective actions and recommendations, including ownership assignment and timeline management until full resolution.
- Maintain ongoing communication with management, project managers, vendors, and technical teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing or leading Major Incidents – mandatory.
- Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and using structured investigation methodologies – strong advantage.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in large organizations.
- Familiarity with monitoring and control systems.
- Availability for on-call duties (half-week rotation) and occasional weekend/holiday shifts (alternate weekends).
