Key Responsibilities:

As CFO:

• Lead all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Oversee cash flow, financial reporting, tax, and audit processes.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Provide financial insights to the CEO and executive team for strategic decision-making.

As Financial Account Manager:

• Manage client accounts, providing ongoing financial support and advice.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Understand client needs and align services accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Certified CPA.
• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a senior financial role.
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Strong finance-based analytical skills.
• Business background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
