What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years backend experience (Node.js/TypeScript preferred).
• Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, and cloud environments.
• An ownership mentality: “You build it, you run it.”
• Comfort with production systems, observability, and scaling.
• Growth mindset and AI-native approach to engineering.
• Bonus: familiarity with React or full-stack skills.
