Toonimo is a fast‑growing Digital Adoption Platform that overlays live websites and SaaS products with interactive voice‑ and text‑based guidance. Our technology—powered by patented voicebot IP, real‑time i18n, accessibility tooling, and deep analytics—helps enterprises such as VISA, Veolia, Northern and more Trust onboard users faster and cut support costs. We ship rich browser overlays, an Electron‑based editor, and AI‑driven knowledge bots—built and maintained by a lean, highly technical R&D team in Tel Aviv and New York.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and ship production features across the Vue and/or React + Redux (Toolkit) frontend and Node.js / NestJS backend.
• Own end‑to‑end user stories—from DB schema (PostgreSQL + MongoDB) through REST/GraphQL APIs to pixel‑perfect UI.
• Implement robust state‑management patterns (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or equivalent) and ensure smooth i18n coverage for 40 + languages, RTL included.
• Write clean, TypeScript‑first code and enforce strong typing in both browser and server runtimes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to iterate quickly, run A/B experiments, and monitor feature adoption via our analytics pipeline.
• Contribute to our CI/CD, automated test suites (Jest + Playwright), and code‑review culture; mentor junior devs where relevant.
• (Optional) Jump into Electron or browser‑extension repos when new client delivery needs arise.

Must‑have qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on full‑stack experience with modern JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Production‑level React (hooks) and Redux (or comparable state libraries) expertise.
• Solid grasp of Node.js ecosystems—ideally NestJS (or Express / Fastify with modular architecture).
• Proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and at least one NoSQL store (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end features, including deployment and runtime observability.
• Comfortable working in an agile, test‑driven, design‑review culture and communicating in English.
