Product Designer

Grip Security is looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our design team.

Using the newest technologies, we're working on solving a huge problem all enterprises face today - govern the accessibility of all its employees to all 3rd party vendors (GitHub, SendGrid, Atlassian, and thousands more!), and make sure there is no leftover/unwanted access to any of the organization's SaaS and AI assets. The SaaS and AI security field is complex and challenging; therefore, we're looking for super-talented people, who are not afraid of technical challenges and breaking down barriers to achieve good solutions.

The Job

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our design team and help shape the next generation of Grip’s platform. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end experiences - from research and ideation to final UI - collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and security experts.

You’ll be designing for complex, data-rich, and high-trust environments - turning security workflows into intuitive, actionable, and elegant user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences across core areas of the product.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to define user problems, design solutions, and support implementation.
• Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, usable interfaces.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Contribute to Grip’s Design System, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across the product.
• Use data to measure and improve UX.
• Balance usability, scalability, and compliance in every design decision.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in SaaS, preferably B2B platforms.
• Experience designing complex systems - dashboards, workflows, permissions, data-heavy UIs.
• Strong interaction design skills and a portfolio that demonstrates system-level thinking and visual craft.
• Experience with design systems (Figma preferred).
• Understanding of UX research methods and when to apply them.
• Ability to move fluidly between big-picture strategy and detailed UI execution.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
