Role Overview:

• Analyze tender documents
• Build and monitor financial and operational models
• Pricing and preparing bids for complex transportation projects
• Lead preliminary negotiations with banks, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Select and manage consultants and project partners
• Handle comprehensive financial aspects, including negotiations with legal, technical, and financial stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal departments and external advisors
• Initiate projects post-financial close
• Work with senior executives in Israel and abroad

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering-mandatory
• 1–3 years of experience as an Analyst or Economist in BOT/PPP projects – mandatory
• Proven experience in financial modeling – financing, pricing, demand analysis
• High-level English proficiency – mandatory
• Strong Excel and Office skills – mandatory
• Knowledge of MACRO, VBA, and ability to learn planning and automation tools – advantage
