Planning Specialist

We are inviting you to join a leading company in the Migdal HaEmek area for a key and challenging role in supply planning.

What you will do:

• Provide delivery dates for new orders, balancing operational constraints with customer satisfaction
• Build an optimal supply plan, maximizing resource utilization and operational capabilities
• Prioritize orders according to defined parameters
• Plan and track orders and finished goods inventory, including shelf-life management
• Coordinate and synchronize information flow across departments to ensure smooth processes
• Analyze metrics, cycle times, and efficiency to drive continuous improvement
• Generate supporting reports for production and initiate process improvement projects using data analysis and actionable recommendations

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Industrial Management – Mandatory
• Previous experience in an industrial company, familiarity with production processes
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, UNIPRO is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of customer requirements and ability to work in a multi-interface environment
• Excellent analytical skills, logical thinking, and ability to lead without formal authority
• Initiative, determination, and a continuous improvement mindset
