We are looking for a SAP Enterprise COE Lead for an exciting and challenging position!

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Testing Practice in the context of SAP systems
• Take end-to-end responsibility for diverse SAP projects – hands-on consulting, testing, and implementation
• Build the team infrastructure – recruit and eventually lead Delivery Managers, Implementers, Developers, and QA Engineers
• Engage cross-functionally across organizational projects, bridging technology, methodology, and business needs
• Drive innovation while integrating with existing processes
• Collaborate with clients, senior management, and partners both locally and internationally
  
  

• Significant experience in SAP environments, including leading testing or integration projects
• Role involves strategic planning, hands-on technical work, and presales tasks
• Strong system-wide understanding and the ability to work in a multi-project, multi-stakeholder environment
• Proven experience in initiating or leading new processes within a tech organization
• High-level English – required for working with international stakeholders
• Prior experience in building and leading Delivery or COE teams
• Familiarity with working with SAP Israel – an advantage
