Maintenance Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry | GMP Environment

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead technical operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company operating under GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a professional maintenance team
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Drive technical projects and system upgrades
Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory manufacturing standards (GMP)

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industries (GMP environment)
Strong knowledge of water systems, sterilization, HVAC, and validation processes
Proven ability to lead processes and drive performance improvements
Excellent technical English skills
