Job Description

• Lead a variety of end-to-end projects in the field of long-term savings, across domains and systems.
• Full responsibility for projects from budgeting through go-live, including planning and advancing tasks according to the work plan, in collaboration with multiple stakeholders across diverse areas of responsibility, while adhering to budget, scope, and timeline.
• Work closely with teams in specification, development, user testing, business units, and both internal and external stakeholders.
• The role reports directly to the Head of the Projects Department and is part of a team of project managers.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree / higher education in Information Systems.
• At least 4 years of experience managing complex projects within an IT organization, using diverse technologies.
• Proven experience in matrix management.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex end-to-end projects using various technologies and methodologies in large organizations.
• Responsibility for scope, budget, timeline, and cross-domain integration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, interfaces, and processes simultaneously in a multi-tasking and interface-rich environment.
• System-wide, technological, and business process perspective, with attention to detail.
• Previous experience as a developer or systems analyst in complex projects/applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, initiative-driven, enthusiastic, and a “big-picture thinker.”
• Passion and initiative for the profession.
• High self-learning ability.
  
  

• Work experience in IT systems within insurance companies, including business and regulatory projects in the field – a significant advantage!
• Experience working with project management tools.
