What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with key stakeholders (CEOs, CTOs) to understand business needs and define problems.
• Design, develop, and implement innovative AI solutions, tackling multiple challenges within a single project.
• Analyze complex, structured and unstructured data from the fintech domain to extract actionable insights.
• Hypothesize, design, implement and measure experiments to formulate solutions and propose the most effective—whether generative, “classical” machine learning or statistical approaches.
• Take solutions from concept to production, including machine learning code, data pipelines, database and API integrations and collaborating with client R&D teams to deploy in AWS environments.
• Be the technical point of contact for the project, driving tangible impact through your expertise and problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and data science, including generative AI.
• Experience in turning machine learning solutions into production-level software that can be integrated as standalone services or SDKs.
• Experience in researching, processing data, extracting insights and translating it into actionable solutions.
• Experience working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify core issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, both internally with leadership and externally with clients.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently to deliver impact.
• Availability to work on-site a minimum of 3 times a week (Tel Aviv/ Petah Tikva)

• Proficiency with AWS and related cloud services.
