Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a GenAI Engineer, based in Petah Tikva, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. The GenAI Engineer will design, develop, and implement generative AI-based solutions tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include researching, fine-tuning, and optimizing large language models (LLMs) and other AI applications, collaborating across teams to integrate solutions, and maintaining robust documentation. The role also involves evaluating ongoing AI trends and frameworks to ensure innovative and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and experience with large language models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Experience in model fine-tuning, API integration, and building scalable AI solutions.
• Expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS preferred), DevOps, or DevSecOps tools and workflows.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify solutions and optimize model performance.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Experience with FinOps or familiarity with cost-optimization strategies is a plus.
• AWS certification (GenAI Engineer or ML Engineer) - a plus.
