About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Monday.com Solutions Consultant to join their consulting practice. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in designing, implementing, and optimising automated and integrated business solutions using Monday.com’s full suite — including Work Management, CRM, and Service.

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design scalable solutions, and deliver impactful results that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Discovery & Consultation

• Partner with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on how to maximise value and efficiency using Monday.com.
• Lead discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.

Solution Design & Implementation

• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Design, configure, and implement end-to-end Monday.com solutions.
• Build advanced automations, dashboards, and visual reports tailored to client needs.

Integrations & Automation

• Design and deploy integrations between Monday.com and third-party systems using Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.
• Ensure seamless data flow and system reliability across platforms.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing integrations and automation frameworks.

Project Delivery & Enablement

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across multiple projects.
• Deliver training sessions and create clear documentation for end users.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders as a strategic advisor

Skills & Qualifications

Education & Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing Monday.com solutions.
• Proven experience in a consulting or client-facing implementation role.
• Deep expertise across Monday.com Work Management, CRM, and Service products.
• Strong proficiency with automation and integration tools such as Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.
• Experience integrating Monday.com with Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., OpenAI) to deliver intelligent data-driven responses.
• Skilled in leading client workshops, scoping technical requirements, and estimating project effort and cost.
